The problem

Stock, prices and orders are still being entered by hand.

Every day someone updates stock and prices manually, then re-enters orders into the ERP. That is time lost, and mistakes that cost money: you sell products you do not have, or hide products you do.

What it does

Three flows. The ones where mistakes cost money.

01

Stock and prices, ERP → eshop

Reads Euromedica TWO’s stock.xml and updates stock, prices, offers and product visibility. Every 10 to 30 minutes.

02

Orders, eshop → ERP

When an order becomes “processing”, the XML is built and uploaded — validated against the official schema before it leaves.

03

Statuses, ERP → eshop

The customer sees the real order status, without anyone updating it by hand.

Why it is different

Built for the failure modes this kind of integration usually ignores.

01

It is an ordinary WordPress plugin.

No SSH, no shell_exec, no server-level access. It installs like any other plugin and runs on typical managed hosting.

02

It never sends bad data to the ERP.

Every order XML is checked against the official Euromedica TWO schema before upload. If something is wrong, the send stops and you are notified — a malformed order does not go through.

03

It does not “unlock” stock you already sold.

If the ERP sends a stale stock snapshot, recent orders are protected. This is the most common, and most expensive, mistake in this class of connector.

04

It tells you when something breaks.

If the ERP does not answer, stops sending files, or an order fails, you get an email — you do not find out from a customer.

05

Dry run before production.

Full dry-run mode: you see what would change, before it changes.

06

Large catalogues do not stall.

Sync resumes where it left off, even if a run is interrupted halfway.

Cost

Two setup options. Support you can keep after go-live.

Setup €1,290

+ VAT — installation, configuration and production go-live. Includes the first month of support.

Yearly support €690

+ VAT per year after the included period — updates, ERP-format compatibility and technical support.

Catalogues with product variations, multiple languages or extensive code mapping are quoted after assessment.

If you stop the renewal, the connection keeps running. You lose updates and support — we never brick a live shop over an expired renewal.

What the setup fee buys

Nine steps. Mapping is where the hours go.

  1. Hosting compatibility and requirements check
  2. FTP setup and confirmation that the ERP can talk to the shop
  3. Catalogue audit: products without an ERP code, duplicate barcodes, duplicate codes
  4. Eshop ↔ ERP product mapping
  5. Payment methods, fees and order-status configuration
  6. Dry run and review of results
  7. Sample order check against the ERP schema
  8. Production go-live with supervision
  9. Handover and training for the shop manager
Requirements

What you need. Said plainly.

  • WordPress 5.8+, WooCommerce 8.2+, PHP 7.4+
  • PHP ftp extension enabled (usually yes — we confirm before we start)
  • An FTP account from Euromedica for file exchange
  • No SSH or shell access required

Transfer happens over FTP, as Euromedica specifies. Credentials and files are not encrypted in transit — that is an ERP limitation, not our choice, and we can tighten it with IP allowlisting.

FAQ

Straight answers.

How often does sync run?

Every 10 to 30 minutes, configurable. The 10-minute floor is set by Euromedica.

What if the ERP goes down?

Sync stops safely, the eshop keeps running on the last known data, and you are emailed.

Will it break my products?

Before production we run everything in dry run. Nothing is written until we agree on the result.

Do I need SSH or server access?

No.

Does it sync customers and categories?

No. The connector focuses on stock, prices, orders and statuses — the points where mistakes cost money. Categories and storefront structure stay under your control, which most clients prefer, because the ERP tree rarely matches the navigation you want in the shop.

What about product variations?

Quoted after catalogue assessment. We will not sell variations as a standard install until we have seen your catalogue.

If I stop the renewal?

The connection keeps working. You lose updates and support.

Next step

Start with a free catalogue assessment.

We look at hosting, ERP codes, duplicate barcodes and mapping effort — then quote a fixed number with a defined scope.
